![]() Once you managed to install Gitlab with only the local.repo file in the /etc/ folder, it means the libraries in the gitlab folder is sufficient to be copied out and placed in the offline server to install. If fail, keep doing step 6 to 10 till you succeeded in installing gitlab-ee. Go back to the gitlab folder and try to install the packages again.
